Q: Do I need any prior experience with energy work or somatic practices?
A: No prior experience is necessary. The course provides step-by-step guidance suitable for beginners and those familiar with the practices.
Q: How much time will I need to commit each day?
A: Each day's lesson includes a 15-45 minute video teaching, often including some simple practices, and/or a reflection prompt. Integration is vital so I encourage you throughout the program to go at your own pace. Sometimes a lesson can take a day to implement into your lifestyle and sometimes it could be weeks. The program is laid out in 28 days of lessons but it can take longer to integrate lasting change into your life.
Q: Is the course content available immediately, or is it released daily?
A: The course is intentionally released one day at a time over 28 days. This gentle pacing is designed to support your nervous system, prevent overwhelm, and help you build sustainable change — without rushing or overloading your system.
Q: Will I have lifetime access to the course materials?
A: You will have access to revisit the materials whenever needed for as long as the course is offered.
